The project involves branding for a real estate development project called Prabhat Bageshree, undertaken by Prabhat Developers.
The project site was once occupied by an old bungalow where an evening raga called Bageshree, which symbolizes the union of lovers, was played regularly. The challenge was to incorporate this unique legacy and concept into the branding and logo design for the real estate project.
To capture the essence of the Bageshree raga and the concept of lovers’ union, a logo was designed with an open B and E. The combination of these two letters created a beautiful flower monogram, which was used consistently across all project communication.
The flower monogram represents the harmony and beauty of the union of lovers, while the font style and color scheme reinforce the premium and modern image of the real estate project. The overall branding and logo design effectively capture the legacy and concept of the Bageshree raga, and help establish a strong and memorable visual identity for Prabhat Bageshree in the competitive real estate market.
